Mr. Abdul Rohim Sarip is a distinguished Singapore lawyer with more than 35 years of legal standing and extensive experience across multiple practice areas including conveyancing, corporate law, family law, Muslim law, estate matters, and litigation.
Since founding his own legal practice in 1995, Mr. Rohim has built a respected reputation for professionalism, strategic advocacy, and dedicated client representation.
Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Rohim is highly active in community leadership and social initiatives. He served as President of the Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SMCCI) and has contributed extensively to rehabilitation and social cohesion efforts within Singapore.
He has also received recognition including the Outstanding Contribution Award (Gold) from the Legal Aid Bureau for his contributions and public service.

Diyana Binte Atan
Diyana graduated from the Singapore University of Social Sciences in 2022 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in August 2023.
Since her admission to the Bar, Diyana has gained hands-on experience in matrimonial proceedings in both the Family Courts and the Syariah Court, including contested ancillary matters involving the division of matrimonial assets, maintenance, and issues relating to the care and custody of children.
She is committed to providing practical, client-focused legal advice, particularly in matters that are often sensitive and deeply personal in nature.
Outside of work, Diyana enjoys an active lifestyle. She can often be found out on the water doing stand-up paddling or exploring trails on solo hiking adventures — pursuits that reflect her independent spirit and love for the outdoors.

I was called to the Singapore Bar in 2024, specialising in family law and Syariah law.
My passion for family law stems from a genuine desire to guide individuals through some of life’s most challenging transitions. I find immense fulfilment in navigating the intricate, deeply personal legal problems that families face, always striving to provide empathetic guidance alongside robust legal solutions.
Whether handling complex asset divisions or sensitive custody matters within both civil and Syariah court frameworks, my goal is to deliver clarity, resolve conflict efficiently, and help clients build a stable path forward.
My path to practice is backed by more than 5 years of invaluable experience as a paralegal, a foundational period that allowed me to master the procedural nuances of the legal landscape and deeply hone my practical skills.
This extensive background provides me with a unique, holistic perspective on litigation and dispute resolution, enabling me to transition seamlessly into my role as an advocate and consistently deliver thorough, strategic representation for my clients.
Outside of the courtroom, I place the highest value on quality time with my supportive family and caring husband. Grounded by their encouragement, I love recharging by exploring the world, traveling to new destinations, and seeking out fresh adventures and shared experiences with them that keep me inspired both personally and professionally.

Sharifah Ally
Sharifah Ally is a distinguished legal professional whose career is defined by dedication, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to restorative justice.
Since being called to the Singapore Bar in late August 2016, she has focused on providing compassionate, robust, and clear legal counsel to individuals and families during their most challenging life transitions.
Sharifah holds a Diploma in Law and Management (2010) and earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours from the University of Liverpool in 2014.
Prior to joining A.Rohim LLC as a Director in February 2026, Sharifah served for six years as a Director and Head of Muslim Practice at one of Singapore’s top-tier family law firms, where she refined a sophisticated approach to complex family law matters involving both Muslim and non-Muslim clients.
Her comprehensive legal practice includes Family Law, Estate Planning, Conveyancing, Property Law disputes, Probate matters, Criminal Litigation, Lasting Power of Attorney applications, adoption applications, and maintenance proceedings.
Beyond technical legal expertise, Sharifah is deeply guided by the philosophy of therapeutic justice — believing that legal processes should help facilitate genuine healing while minimizing conflict and preserving stability for families and children.
