Mr. Abdul Rohim Sarip is a distinguished Singapore lawyer with more than 35 years of legal standing and extensive experience across multiple practice areas including conveyancing, corporate law, family law, Muslim law, estate matters, and litigation.
Since founding his own legal practice in 1995, Mr. Rohim has built a respected reputation for professionalism, strategic advocacy, and dedicated client representation.
Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Rohim is highly active in community leadership and social initiatives. He served as President of the Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SMCCI) and has contributed extensively to rehabilitation and social cohesion efforts within Singapore.
He has also received recognition including the Outstanding Contribution Award (Gold) from the Legal Aid Bureau for his contributions and public service.

Sharifah Ally is a distinguished legal professional whose career is defined by dedication, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to restorative justice.
Since being called to the Singapore Bar in late August 2016, she has focused on providing compassionate, robust, and clear legal counsel to individuals and families during their most challenging life transitions.

Sharifah holds a Diploma in Law and Management (2010) and earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours from the University of Liverpool in 2014.This strong academic foundation has been the bedrock of a practice characterized by rigorous legal analysis and strategic thinking.Prior to joining A.Rohim LLC as a Director in February 2026, Sharifah served for six years as a Director and Head of Muslim Practice at one of Singapore’s top-tier family law firms, where she refined a sophisticated approach to complex family law matters involving both Muslim and non-Muslim clients.

- Family Law & Estate Planning: She specializes in divorce proceedings at the Syariah Court and Family Justice Courts, probate applications, and the drafting of Will (Muslim and non-Muslim) and other instruments for mainly Muslims’ estate planning. Areas of deep expertise include mental capacity applications, adoption applications, Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), Personal Protection Orders (PPO), and maintenance applications.
- Property & Conveyancing: With extensive experience in the conveyancing process, she also excels in resolving property law disputes that require representation at the High Court.

Diyana Binte Atan
Diyana graduated from the Singapore University of Social Sciences in 2022 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in August 2023.
Since her admission to the Bar, Diyana has gained hands-on experience in matrimonial proceedings in both the Family Courts and the Syariah Court, including contested ancillary matters involving the division of matrimonial assets, maintenance, and issues relating to the care and custody of children.
She is committed to providing practical, client-focused legal advice, particularly in matters that are often sensitive and deeply personal in nature.
Outside of work, Diyana enjoys an active lifestyle. She can often be found out on the water doing stand-up paddling or exploring trails on solo hiking adventures — pursuits that reflect her independent spirit and love for the outdoors.
